Bernice Saltzer

Sorted Public Relations and Event Management Managing Director Bernice Saltzer happily describes herself as “poacher turned gamekeeper.”
After more than 20 years as a journalist on the receiving end of PR, she fast realised there was a gap in the market for a company who could produce what the media really wanted and which understood their needs.
It was out of this belief that Sorted was born and Bernice gave up a prestigious job as an award-winning features editor to set up her dream.
A wide network of local, regional and national contacts gathered over her many years in journalism put her in a position of strength – aided by an unusual name which people never forget!
Still a newspaper woman at heart, this means she has a good eye for a story and can always find a way to come up with a real headline-grabbing spin.
At the same time Bernice has developed a skill for event management and even in her newspaper days organised events and shows which were highly regarded.
She has a knack of being able to get support in terms of cash and kind from an impressive array of people and organisations – including such well-known names as Vivienne Westwood, Gaby Roslin, PM Tony Blair, Bruce Oldfield to name but a few!
Bernice is also a great believer in giving something back, which is why Sorted is also rightly proud of its record in giving professional support to a wide range of charitable organisations.
“Say what you mean – and mean what you say!”
